Niklas Walter

Niklas Walter has extensive experience in IT governance, security, and management, currently serving as the Head of IT Quality at Vattenfall since May 2013. Responsibilities include IT audit and compliance, information security management, and business continuity management, along with serving as a senior advisor to transformation programs. Previously, Niklas held positions such as Manager IT Strategy & Governance at Vattenfall CIO Office and Business Information Officer IT4IT. Earlier roles included Network Operations Manager Nordic at Aspen Insurance and Network Manager EMEA at Gartner. Niklas has a management degree from IFL Handelshögskolan, Stockholm, and completed a program with We Are Movement in November 2022.
