Polina Hristova

Polina Hristova is currently the Head of Compliance & MLRO at Vault, a position Polina has held since June 2023. Previously, Polina was the Compliance Manager at Balance, known as Dubai's most powerful e-wallet, from December 2021 to May 2023. Prior to that, Polina worked as a Compliance Officer & Deputy MLRO at DEX, a FinTech company operating as a regulated Multilateral Trading Facility and Custodian of both fiat and virtual assets, based in the Abu Dhabi Global Market. Polina has a strong background in corporate and IP law, having worked as an Associate at DGKV. Polina holds a Master of Laws degree from the University of National and World Economy.
