Currently serving as Principal Mining Engineer and Alternate Underground Manager at Vault Minerals since February 2022, Robert has held various leadership roles, including Superintendent of Underground Technical Services. Previous positions encompass senior mining and planning engineering roles at Northern Star Resources Limited, where responsibilities included long-term planning and scheduling for the Carosue Dam Underground Complex. At Saracen Mineral Holdings Limited, Robert advanced through planning engineering roles while ensuring safe production. Earlier experience includes project engineering at Barminco and a graduate program, as well as a foundational education from Camborne School of Mines, where Robert earned a BEng in Mining Engineering.
