Cynthia Diniaco

Site Development & Relations Officer at Vavarde Strategic Funding

Cynthia (Cindy) Diniaco has enjoyed a successful business career specializing in insurance, retail sales, and real estate. She earned the distinction of Million-Dollar Producer status while in real estate. Her tremendous work ethic and her high level of fifinish makes her an invaluable member of the teams that she serves. Cindy received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University with a double major in Retailing and Sales Management. Her long career has spanned business, K-12 education, and work with the fine and performing arts.

Following her business sector work, Cynthia spent 17 years in private education providing defining leadership and inspiration to bright students with special learning challenges. As Program Director, she was responsible for the school’s day-to-day operations including student admissions; human resource issues including the selection of teachers and staff; serving as the Parent Teacher Organization liaison; organizing many programs including a music program; and she often taught classes. As an administrator, she helped start a Fine Arts Festival and supported the accreditation process for SACS/CASI and FCIS certification. She thoroughly enjoyed organizing countless educational field trips, teaching classes, and providing instruction in personal finance.

Her career experiences demonstrate a consistent theme of collaboration, compassion, and putting others first. She has a flare for engaging people, learning their stories, and uncovering their passions and their talents. Her listening and analytical skills, coupled with her heartfelt empathy for others, connect her to parents, students, customers, and colleagues.

Cynthia is passionate about music and the arts. A member of Sweet Adelines International for the last 27 years, she currently serves as the Visual Communications Chairman and Baritone Section Leader for Jacksonville’s Bridges of Harmony Chorus. She thoroughly enjoys the hours of preparation for performances and competitions, singing a challenging harmony part, and serving as an inspiration to the other Sweet Adelines.

Cynthia’s many professional and relational skills are a tremendous addition to the Vavarde Team and we are proud to have her working with us in a variety of roles and capacities.
