Richard Martinez

Richard Martinez is a seasoned sports photographer and columnist with extensive experience in capturing athletic events. Currently working as a Sports Photographer and Sports Columnist for VAVEL.com since February 2015 and as a Photographer for House of Sparky since October 2018, Richard has developed a strong portfolio through various roles, including a previous position at Hat Club, LLC, where product photography was a focus. As the owner of Richard Martinez Sports Photography from June 2018 to July 2019, expertise was gained in capturing Arizona Summer League baseball and high school sports. Additionally, Richard contributed as a Photographer for The State Press (ASU Student Media) in 2018. Richard holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Arizona State University, earned in 2019.
