Anna also developed a comprehensive CRM strategy to enhance customer engagement and retention. Prior to this, Anna was the Marketing Campaign Manager at npower, where they developed and executed campaigns aligned with organizational objectives and regulatory compliance. Anna also led smart meter communication initiatives and managed stakeholder engagement. Before that, Anna worked as the CRM Marketing Manager at Gtech, overseeing a multi-million-pound budget and ensuring compliance with data usage guidelines. Anna also contributed to profitable channel growth and increased ROI. Anna's earlier experience includes working as an Export Marketing Executive at LG Harris & Co Ltd, focusing on international markets, retailer collaboration, and new product branding.
