Eran Shani

Eran Shani is currently the VP Business Development & Sales at Vaxa Technologies Ltd., where the focus is on sharing the most nutritious micro algae with the world. Prior to this role, Eran held positions such as Global and Regional Sales Director at Lycored, Regional Sales Director at Solbar Industries Ltd, Food Technologist at Of Tov, and Production Manager at Sanlakol. Eran holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Food Science and Technology from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, a Master's degree Cum Laude in Law from Bar-Ilan University, and an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
