Phillip Lee

Phillip Lee has a strong background in finance and biotechnology, with significant experience in leadership roles. Phillip is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Vaxart, Inc. Their previous position was at Clover Biopharmaceuticals, where they held the role of Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer. In this role, they managed various functions such as finance, accounting, investor relations, human resources, legal, compliance, administration, procurement, public affairs, and information technology. Phillip oversaw a team of eight direct reports and up to 200 employees indirectly. During their tenure at Clover Biopharmaceuticals, they played a key role in the company's IPO, advance purchase agreement with GAVI, and Series C funding round.
