Céline Vongsouvanh

Céline Vongsouvanh is an experienced professional in the biotechnology field, currently serving as Senior Manager of Quality Assurance for Quality Control at Vaxcyte since April 2025. Previously, Céline held the role of Senior Scientist at Allakos Inc from October 2017 to April 2025, leading analytical and quality control activities for early phase programs and overseeing the Process Analytics & Bioassay group. Key achievements include successful method transfers to contract manufacturing organizations, development and optimization of immunoassays and cell-based bioassays, and authorship of regulatory submission sections. Prior to Allakos, Céline progressed through various scientific roles at OncoMed Pharmaceuticals and completed multiple internships and teaching assistant positions, all contributing to a solid foundation in bioanalytical development and process manufacturing. Céline obtained a Master of Science degree in Biotechnology from the University of Paris, SUP'BIOTECH, in 2011.
