Rafael Pascual

Rafael Pascual has a diverse work experience in the fields of technology and transportation. Rafael worked at Vaxtor Technologies as the Director of Support, where they provided post-sales support, pre-sales advice, and customer service. Rafael also collaborated with the business department in creating offers and orders, conducted demos, presentations, and training for clients. Prior to that, they worked as a Presales and Support Engineer at the same company, where they remotely deployed projects, provided post-sales support, and collaborated with the business department.

Before joining Vaxtor Technologies, Rafael worked at Vectio | traffic & transport planning as a Data Collection and Analysis professional. Rafael also had freelance experience at Vivo Eléctrico. Additionally, Rafael has extensive experience at SICE, where they served as a Traffic Engineer. In this role, they worked on national and international Intelligent Traffic Systems (ITS) and Traffic Centralization projects. Rafael was involved in all phases of projects, from equipment layout and development to implementation and commissioning. Rafael also conducted traffic studies and evaluations, designed and documented technical tests, and developed algorithms for traffic calculations. Furthermore, Rafael provided technical support and participated in ITS offers and international projects. Earlier in their career, they worked as an IT Technician at SICE, where they were responsible for system administration and exploitation, including SCADA systems, public address systems, IP telephony, and incident detection systems in tunnels. Rafael managed servers, client workstations, and data networks.

Rafael Pascual attended Satafi from 2006 to 2008 and obtained a Tecnico Superior en Sistemas de Telecomunicaciones e Informáticos degree. Additionally, they have certifications in KNX Advanced and KNX Partner from the KNX Association, which were obtained in 2017.
