Kelly-Anne Masterman

Kelly-Anne Masterman, PhD, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the fields of microbiome research, cancer immunotherapy, and cellular biology. Currently serving as Lead Analyst at Vaxxas since July 2021, Kelly-Anne previously held positions including Senior Biomedical Scientist at WearOptimo and Senior Research Scientist at Microba, where the focus was on immune health related to the microbiome. Additional roles include Post Doctoral Research Scientist at Mater Medical Research Institute Limited, Senior Research Assistant at the University of Queensland, Scientist I at the Genomics Institute of the Novartis Research Foundation, Research Associate at The Scripps Research Institute, and Research Assistant at the Ludwig Institute for Cancer Research. Kelly-Anne obtained a Ph.D. in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology from The University of Queensland, a BSc (Hons) in Immunology from Monash University, and a BS in Biotechnology from La Trobe University.
