Jean-Cosme Dodart

Jean-Cosme (JC) Dodart is their SVP of Preclinical R&D at Vaxxinity. JC brings to Vaxxinity over 20 years of experience in Neuroscience drug development at both large Pharma (Lilly, Merck, Novartis) and small Biotech (Sage Therapeutics, Wave Life Sciences). He has a strong track record of success in drug discovery and has worked in many neuroscience disease areas including Alzheimer’s disease, neuromuscular disorders, pain and depression. Many of the pre-clinical projects that JC has worked on have made it into clinical testing including several promising drug candidates that are currently in clinical trials. JC earned a M.S. degree in cell biology and physiology from University Pierre & Marie Curie in Paris and a Ph.D. degree in neuroscience from University Louis Pasteur, Strasbourg, France.
