Volodymyr Bilonenko has a diverse range of work experience in the field of software engineering. Volodymyr is currently the Director of Software Engineering, Cloud and Connectivity at Vay. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Engineering Manager and Principal Software Engineer at the same company.

Before joining Vay, Volodymyr worked at Daimler Mobility Services GmbH as an Engineering Lead, where they defined and designed the architecture of the Elastic Fleet product. This product allowed ride-sharing companies to access a mixed fleet of autonomous and human-driven vehicles.

Volodymyr also worked at HERE Technologies as an Engineering Lead and Principal Engineer at the Product Innovation Team, where they led cross-functional teams to build Proof of Concepts and Minimal Viable Products. Volodymyr also worked as a Senior Software Engineer at HERE DataLens.

Earlier in their career, Volodymyr worked at Yandex as a Full Stack Engineering Lead for Yandex Maps and Media Services. Volodymyr also co-founded and served as the lead developer at Maplos.com, a local search service.

Volodymyr started their career as a Lead Software Engineer at Kiev National Taras Shevchenko University and later worked as a self-employed Web Developer. Volodymyr also gained experience as a Web Developer at Kiev National Taras Shevchenko University.
