Tina Weston, MSW, LCSW, CCM has extensive work experience in various roles related to care management and therapy. Tina is currently serving as the MHSU/IDD Care Management Regional Director at Vaya Health. Prior to that, they worked at UnitedHealth Group as a Discharge Care Manager, NICM- East. Tina also has experience at Cardinal Innovations Healthcare, where they served as a Complex Care Management Supervisor and a Care Coordinator. Earlier in their career, they worked at Thompson Child and Family Focus as a School-Based Intervention Therapist and at Youth Villages as a Clinical Supervisor.
