Heena Hemrajani is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Manager of People & Experience at VaynerMedia India since June 2024, Heena previously held the position of Head of Human Resources at CupShup, where responsibilities included building a scalable HR infrastructure and leading talent acquisition initiatives. With a background that includes roles as an HR Business Partner at Onfees, Consultant at HR Anexi Pvt. Ltd., and HR Manager at Lockated, Heena has consistently demonstrated expertise in employee engagement, HR policy development, and managing the employee lifecycle.
