Ijon Leska

Ijon Leska is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in analytics and business processes. Currently serving as the VP of Infrastructure & Visualization at VaynerMedia since April 2022, Ijon has previously held the position of Director of Analytics and Associate Director at Initiative from March 2018 to April 2022. Prior experience includes working as a Business & Data Analyst at IPG Mediabrands from January 2015 to February 2018 and as a Business Process Analyst at Boeing from January 2008 to December 2014. Ijon holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management from the University of Illinois Springfield, earned between 2005 and 2007, and previously completed undergraduate studies at the same institution from 2003 to 2007.
