Jessica Abbs

Jessica Abbs, MBA has over 16 years of work experience across various industries. Currently, they serve as the Director of Quality at VB Cosmetics, Inc., where they lead quality operations to ensure the delivery of safe and high-performing products. Prior to this, Jessica worked at Arizona Nutritional Supplements (ANS) in multiple roles, including Lab Manager, Senior Chemist, Supervisor-Chemist II, Chemist II, and Chemist I. At ANS, they managed teams, developed testing methods, and ensured compliance with regulatory standards. Earlier in their career, Jessica worked as a Research Scientist at AMRI and as a Logistics Specialist at IU Health. Jessica also gained research experience as a Research Assistant at IUPUI Undergraduate Research. Additionally, they have administrative experience as an Administrative Assistant at Consumer Source.

Jessica Abbs, MBA holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Indiana University Indianapolis, completed between 2006 and 2011. Jessica also obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Grand Canyon University from 2015 to 2017. Jessica has a background in General Studies from Mesa Community College between 2003 and 2006. In addition to their academic qualifications, they have obtained certifications in Department of Transportation (DOT) Shipping and Receiving of Hazardous Material Awareness and EPA Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) Hazardous Waste Generator Awareness from Safety-Kleen in March 2021.
