Rachel Robinson

Rachel Robinson is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at VB Spine since August 2025. Prior to this role, Rachel held the position of Managing Director at FTI Consulting from January 2020 to August 2025, where Rachel was involved in establishing efficient Human Resource departments and served as Interim CHRO for clients during transitions. Rachel holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Quantitative Analysis from NYU Stern School of Business.
