Juliana Yassuda is currently the Head of Legal and Compliance at VBI Real Estate. Prior to this, Juliana has held various legal positions in companies such as XP INVESTIMENTOS, Bonilha, Ratto e Teixeira Advogados, Global Logistic Properties, GUARDEAQUI SELF STORAGE LTDA, Bracor Investimentos Imobiliários S.A., Banco BBM S.A., Itaú Private Bank, and Itaú BBA. With a background in law and business from USP and FGV, Juliana also holds a Masters of Law in Corporate and Commercial Law from The London School of Economics and Political Science. Juliana's experience includes advising on M&A, structured transactions, capital markets, private equity, compliance, tax, and more.
