Uday Shah

Uday Shah has over 20 years of work experience, with expertise in market access, contract operations, and specialty pharmacy strategy. Uday is currently serving as the Vice President of Market Access and Contract Operations at VBI Vaccines Inc. Prior to this, Uday worked as a Principal in Market Access and Specialty Pharmacy Strategy at Axtria - Ingenious Insights from 2020 to 2021. From 2016 to 2020, they held the position of Head of PBM COE at UST Global. Uday also worked as a Senior Director of Strategic Advisory Services at Edifecs from 2013 to 2015, and as a Senior Principal in the Strategy and Analytics Practice at IMS Health from 2012 to 2013. Uday played a pivotal role in establishing and leading Cognizant Technology Solutions' Business Consulting Practice as the market leader in the PBM industry from 2008 to 2012. Additionally, Uday has experience as a Senior Clinical Consultant/Pharmacist at EDS from 2005 to 2008, and as a Senior Pharmacist/Program Lead at the Agency for Healthcare Administration/State of Florida from 2004 to 2005. Uday began their career as a Pharmacist/Manager at Eckerd Drugs in 1998, where they later transitioned into the role of Pharmacist until 2004.

Uday Shah's education history includes a Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations, which was obtained from The Wharton School. Uday attended The Wharton School from 2007 to 2009. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences at The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda between 1986 and 1990. Uday Shah also completed additional certification as a Registered Pharmacist from the Florida Board of Pharmacy in November 1998.
