Leo Infante

Leo started as a Financial Planning Assistant in 2014 and moved to assist the Learning & Development Manager with training of new hires because of training work background. He is also responsible for upskilling team members as needed and he endeavors to have a comprehensive understanding of work processes to develop and deliver training modules under specified timelines.

He manages training classes and interdepartmental communication and coordination, and assesses performance of trainees accordingly.
