Head of Client Experience at VBP Back Office Solutions

Sarah brings over 10 years of experience working in the financial services industry as both a qualified financial planner and mortgage broker. Before joining VBP, Sarah was working at the National Australia Bank in their paraplanning division.

As the Advice Manager of VBP, Sarah is responsible for overseeing the production of advice documents for our clients as well as providing professional and technical support and training to our team of over 150 Paraplanners and Quality Assurance Analysts.

Sarah works closely with our clients and their licensees to ensure advice production is aligned to their practice preferences and compliance standards.
