Shi-an Llanto

With over 10 years of management experience in the outsourcing industry, Shi-an joined VBP as the first team manager back in 2014. She has worn multiple hats, serving roles in HR, IT, Sales and Onboarding, Service Delivery, and many others, over the years.

Currently, she is one of the cluster heads working with Client Services Managers and Dedicated Team Leads in overseeing about 250 admin staff and ensuring right support and direction are provided to achieve great outcomes for clients.
