Siddhi Padia

Siddhi Padia is currently the Advice Manager at VBP Back Office Solutions. Prior to this, they worked as a Lead Paraplanner at AMP from January 2017 to December 2020. In this role, they were responsible for preparing basic and comprehensive Statements of Advice and other advice documents across advice strategies such as Insurance, Superannuation, Retirement and Investment including SMSF, Trusts, Gearing and Aged care. Siddhi also provided leadership, guidance and support to onshore and offshore team of up to 60+ Paraplanners in Australia and Offshore. Additionally, they designed and delivered team training in relation to technical, software, policy, compliance and products to address knowledge gaps across the cohort.

From January 2011 to December 2017, Siddhi Padia worked as a Senior Paraplanner at AMP. In this role, they were responsible for providing support to financial advisers in the development of client solutions through the preparation of Statements of Advice and other ancillary documentation. Additionally, they provided technical expertise in areas such as tax, superannuation, investments and insurance.

Siddhi Padia completed an advanced diploma in financial services, with a focus on financial planning, from Kaplan Professional. Siddhi also completed a self-managed superannuation fund program and a margin lending program from Kaplan Professional. In addition, they have completed an accredited listed product adviser program from Kaplan Professional. Finally, they hold a Masters in Business Administration in Finance from Gujarat University.

They are on a team with Mona Candelario - Team Member Relations Specialist, David Deegan - Co-Founder & Director of Innovation, and Charmaine Querouz - Head of People and Culture. Siddhi Padia reports to David Carney, Co-Founder & CEO.
