Anita Vass

Anita Vass is the current Head of HR at VCC Live. Prior to this, they were the HR Lead at Loxon Solutions from April 2018 to November 2021. Loxon is a Hungarian software and business solutions company specialized in lending, risk management and collection software for banking present in 25 countries from China to UAE. Anita was responsible for leading the HR function and managing the performance, learning and development processes locally with a focus on the talent management.

Prior to their time at Loxon, Anita worked as an HR Business Partner at Microsoft from January 2015 to April 2018. Anita was responsible for the Services, Consumer, Marketing and Small-Medium Business & Partner organizations located in the Budapest office.

Before their time at Microsoft, Anita worked as an HR Manager for GE Healthcare from April 2008 to August 2010 and then as Plant HR Manager from August 2010 to December 2014. In these roles, they were responsible for managing the HR function for their respective teams.

Anita began their career as an HR Manager at GE in July 2005 and held this position until April 2008 when they transitioned to GE Healthcare.

Anita Vass has a MSc in Management and Organization from Budapest University of Economic Sciences, and they also did an Erasmus program in Economics at Ciencias Empresariales Gijon in Spain. Anita finished their Secondary School education in English at Fazekas Mihály Secondary School.

Anita Vass works with Bence Huszár - Head of Finance, Tamás Jalsovszky - CTO & Co-Founder, and Will Hull - CRO. Their manager is Szabolcs Tóth, Managing Director & Founder.
