David Frankenberg

David Frankenberg has worked in the customer service and call center industry since 2006. David began their career as a Telesales Operator at TeleQuest Ltd, then Expressz Hungarian Co. In 2007, they were promoted to Customer Services Team Leader at COFIDIS Hungary. From 2009 to 2011, they worked as a Customer Services Manager and Call Center Supervisor at Edenred, then Linea Directa Communications Ltd. In 2014, they joined VCC Live\u00ae as a Customer Services Manager and then moved to PannonVoice GmbH. as a Call Center Manager. In 2015, they were promoted to Campaign Manager at Protocall 2009 Web-\u00e9s Telemarketing Kft. and in 2017, they rejoined VCC Live\u00ae as a Project Manager. In this role, they are responsible for developing the company's cloud-based technology, which is currently used by 7000+ operators around the world.

David Frankenberg attended Kolos Richárd Metropolitan Technical Secondary School from 1999 to 2006, where they obtained an IT Technician degree in Industrial Informaics Technician. David also obtained an Electronic Technician degree in Industrial Electronics Technician from Kolos Richárd Metropolitan Technical Secondary School from 1999 to 2005.
