Gareth Larter

Gareth Larter has over 27 years of work experience in the IT industry. Their most recent role is as the Cloud Services Support Team Lead at VCG since June 2023. Prior to that, they worked at risual Limited as a Modern Workspace Consultant from January 2016 to March 2023. Before that, Gareth worked at NAK Consulting as a Technical Consultant from July 2014 to December 2015, at Alto3 Solutions as a Technical Architect (Messaging) from December 2013 to June 2014, and at Project Network LLP as a Technical Architect and Technical Consultant from April 2013 to November 2013 and from September 2007 to April 2013 respectively. Gareth's early career includes roles at Computacenter (UK) Ltd as a Senior Systems Engineer from April 1996 to September 2007 and at EDS Group as a Field Service Technician from September 1995 to April 1996.

Gareth Larter completed their education at the University of Sheffield from 1990 to 1993, where they obtained a BEng degree in Electronic Engineering (Computing). Prior to that, they attended St Joan of Arc RC School from 1983 to 1990, where they completed their GCSEs and A-Levels. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications throughout their career, including certifications from Microsoft and Cisco.
