Owen Lloyd

Owen Lloyd has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Owen is currently working as the Principal Architect - Security & Cloud at VCG since April 2022. Prior to this, they co-founded and served as the Director at Original Consultants Ltd from June 2021 to November 2021. Additionally, Owen worked as an Enterprise Network Consultant at Camworth from August 2020 to June 2021. Previously, they held the position of Principal Network Consultant and Director at 3Circle Ltd from December 2014 to August 2020. Owen also co-founded and worked as the Principal Consultant and Director at Axonex Ltd from August 2005 to November 2014. Earlier in their career, they served as a Senior Network Consultant at Westcon-Comstor from August 2002 to August 2005, and as a Senior Technical Support Engineer at BT Infonet from July 2001 to August 2002. Owen started their career as a Senior Systems Engineer at Stroud & Swindon Building Society from October 1998 to July 2001.

Owen Lloyd attended Pates Grammar School from 1988 to 1995, where they completed GCSEs and A-Levels. Owen then went on to the University of Leeds from 1995 to 1998 and earned a BEng (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering. In addition to their formal education, Owen obtained various certifications in cybersecurity, networking, cloud computing, and programming from reputable institutions such as ISC2, Cisco, Microsoft, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud, and others.
