Deviera Astari

Deviera Astari has a diverse work experience in various roles. Deviera started their career as a Photographer at SMA Negeri 42 Jakarta in 2016. Deviera then worked as a Secretary at Yu Timbel, where they organized daily activities. Deviera also served as an Education Staff, Examiner, Exhibitor, and Head of Events at UKM Fotografi Telkom University.

In 2018, they joined Folkative Group as a Content Writer, where they wrote captions and conducted research for daily news and evergreen content on Instagram. Deviera later worked at JAGAD CREATIVE as a Content Creator, responsible for planning, managing timelines, and conducting research and development for upcoming content.

Deviera then became an Editorial Contributor at Sama Kreatif, collaborating with KOL and Creative Teams to create an editorial plan. Deviera also worked at Shopee as a Social Media Content and Branding-Operations specialist, creating reels and helping teams develop strong and communicative content for educational purposes. Deviera later became an Analyst of Operations at Shopee, focusing on content production for ShopeeCare Instagram and Twitter.

Currently, they are working at VCGamers as a Jr. Social Media Strategist, where they are building a new look for the company through social media platforms.

Deviera Astari has a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Multimedia Engineering Technology from Telkom University, which they obtained from 2017 to 2021. Before attending university, they completed their high school education at SMA Negeri 42 Jakarta from 2014 to 2017, focusing on Natural Sciences. In their earlier years, they attended SMP Negeri 109 Jakarta from 2012 to 2014 and SMP Negeri 216 Jakarta from 2011 to 2012. Their educational journey began at Al Azhar Islamic School Indonesia, where they studied from 2005 to 2011.

Deviera Astari has also obtained various certifications to supplement their education. Deviera has an EF SET Certificate C1 Advanced from EF Standard English Test (EF SET) obtained in November 2021. In January 2019, they participated in the Sharing Day 2019 organized by seKampus Indonesia. Additionally, they have completed the English for Adults: High Intermediate Levels course from LBPP Lia in September 2016 and the English for Adults: Intermediate Levels course from the same institution in September 2014. Deviera Astari also attended events like the CONNECTED CHATROOM CNN Indonesia MeetUp! in August 2016. Furthermore, they achieved an English Proficiency Test (EPrT) score of 533 from Telkom University in May 2021.
