Jessica Murphy is a fractional Chief of Staff with over a decade of experience leading high-impact programs in biotech, pharma, and management consulting. They have managed diverse initiatives, including advocating for refugee clients and driving strategy development for multicultural markets at Humana. Currently, Jessica serves in multiple fractional Chief of Staff roles while pursuing an M.A. in International Relations at Universidad de la República. With a strong foundation in both public health and business strategy from Emory University, Jessica brings a global perspective and a commitment to fostering human connection and growth in organizations.
