Ido Dvir

Ido Dvir has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Ido is currently working as a Product Manager at vcita since November 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Genpact for a total of 10 years. In their role as a Release Manager and Product Owner, they collaborated with executive management to define the product vision and roadmap, prioritized and managed features and user stories backlog, and gathered and managed clients' needs. Additionally, at Genpact, they also worked as a Project Manager, where they managed projects from initiation to closure, defined project activities, budget, schedule, and resources, and created project documents such as project charter, SOW, and requirements.

Before joining Genpact, Ido worked at Nogacom as a Sr. Professional Services Specialist, where they led the establishment of the Professional Services department, analyzed requirements, wrote functional and technical design documents, and conducted business development for the department's services. Prior to that, they worked at PNMsoft as a BPM specialist, where they analyzed and developed business processes using SQL, asp.net, C#, and JavaScript, and provided BPM and BPI consulting services. Earlier in their career, they also worked at ARNET Experts Ltd. as a System Administrator and Developer, responsible for IT systems and customer help-desk, and at Evis Ltd. as an IT Manager.

Ido Dvir attended The College of Management Academic Studies from 1998 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business administration and IT. Apart from their formal education, they have obtained various certifications and completed courses in areas such as design thinking, product management, information security governance, project management, and agile methodologies.
