Kirsten Dichiappari is the Vice President of Customer Success at vCom Solutions. Kirsten has over 8 years of experience in customer success, retention, and expansion with a focus on the SaaS industry.

Kirsten started their career in customer success at Presslaff Interactive Revenue where they were responsible for marketing and client services. Kirsten then became the Managing Director at East Bay Newspapers where they oversaw all aspects of the company's operations.

In November 2017, Kirsten joined BlueVenn as the Vice President of US Client Services. Kirsten was responsible for building and leading the US-based team that was responsible for retention and expansion of BlueVenn's $3.775 MM base of SaaS customers. Kirsten also helped with the adoption and use of state-of-the-art CDP, client satisfaction, customer success, and ROI tools.

In February 2022, Kirsten joined vCom Solutions as the VP of Customer Success. In their current role, Kirsten is responsible for overseeing the customer success team and ensuring that vCom's customers are successful. Kirsten also works closely with the technical and professional services teams to ensure that vCom's customers are satisfied with their experience.

Kirsten Dichiappari has a Bachelor of Arts in American Studies from Providence College and a Master of Science in Management with a concentration in Human Resources Management from Lesley University. Kirsten is also certified in Inbound Marketing from HubSpot Academy.

Kirsten Dichiappari reports to Gary Storm, CEO. They work with Bhanu Anukonda - VP, Software Development, Ivy Lee - VP, Finance, and Sameer Hilal - COO.
