Kris Vanvlasselaer

Kris Vanvlasselaer is an experienced Electric Powertrain Controls Engineer currently working at VCST Industrial Products since March 2021. Previously, Kris served as a Test Technology Engineer at Atlas Copco and held multiple roles at Punch Powertrain from January 2015, including System Architect for Test Rigs and Test Rig Engineer, where responsibilities included the architecture of endurance test rigs for various transmissions, dynamic simulation model implementation, and technician support during rig operations. Prior to that, Kris worked as an Electromechanical Driveline Design Engineer at FMTC, focusing on the development of optimized electromechanical drivetrains and lab setups for testing mechanical components. Educational background includes a Master of Science in Electrical Energy and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical-Electrical Engineering from KU Leuven.
