Joseph Echebi

Joseph Echebi is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in renewable energy, operations management, and supply chain optimization. Currently serving as an Engineering Manager and Technical Operations Manager at VCT Group since March 2022, Joseph is also a professor at Conestoga College's School of Trades and Apprenticeship. Previous roles include Network Operations Manager at Demand Power Group Inc., Fleet Performance Specialist at VCT Group, and Head of Supply Chain Management at Daystar Power Group. Notably, Joseph has pioneered smart grid automation at Ikeja Electric and successfully managed large-scale Advanced Metering Infrastructure projects. Joseph holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering focused on Energy Technology and Management from the University of Ibadan, along with multiple certifications in engineering and management.
