Brandy W. Stoney

Brandy W. Stoney, MBA, CDE, currently serves as the Strategic Initiatives & Partner Development Manager at VCU Massey Comprehensive Cancer Center since April 2024. Stoney has extensive experience in various roles at Altria, including Regulatory Affairs - Strategy Submissions Manager, Chair of the UNIFI Development Committee, Senior Supply Chain Analyst, Procurement Analyst, and Senior Process Technician from October 2013 to March 2023. Participation in professional development events includes the ELC Mid-Level Managers’ Symposium in 2020 and 2021, aimed at enhancing the careers of Black professionals, and involvement in the NEW Rising Stars program in May 2019 to foster leadership skills. Previous work experience includes roles at Afton Chemical, Lytropic Therapeutics, and the Richmond Police Department. Stoney holds an MBA from the University of Richmond and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Randolph-Macon College.
