Stefan Geraets

Stefan Geraets currently serves as the Teamlead Customer Service at V&D since November 2022, bringing extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies. Previously, Stefan held positions at AUTO1 Group, including Team Lead Dealer Services & Remarketing Support and Team Lead Dealer Services, from October 2019 to November 2022. Prior to that, Stefan was the Head of Support Benelux and worked in Customer Service and POS Sales at SumUp from January 2017 to October 2019. Stefan's career began with customer support roles at payleven and Interparking Nederland BV, further supported by a Master of Arts and Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Groningen. Additional early experiences include roles as a Productiemedewerker, Krantenbezorger, and Ober, showcasing a solid foundation in customer service and operational support.
