Maxie Lutze

Maxie Lutze is an experienced professional in the fields of innovation and technology, currently serving as Gruppenleiterin Demografischer und sozio-digitaler Wandel at VDI/VDE Innovation + Technik GmbH since July 2019. In this role, Maxie advises federal and state ministries, as well as innovation policy organizations, focusing on creating policy approaches that address societal challenges in the care and health sectors. Maxie's extensive background includes senior research roles at the Institut für Innovation und Technik and VDI/VDE Innovation + Technik GmbH, where responsibilities encompassed innovation management and strategic design of research and funding programs. With expertise in human factors and civic technology, Maxie also contributed to various projects in international communication, software development, and e-learning. Maxie holds a Master of Science in Human Factors from Technische Universität Berlin and a Diplom in Informatik from Brandenburg University of Applied Sciences.
