Anke Weingardt

Anke Weingardt is the owner of DisruptX since September 2015 and serves as a trainer at VDI Wissensforum GmbH, focusing on agile mindset workshops and training. Anke has held various management and advisory roles, including Process and Program Manager at Unit Network, Advisory Board Member at Cryptoassets Design Group, and Business Strategy Consultant at Zimbra, where a go-to-market plan for a new product was developed. Prior experience includes being a Business Consultant at Open-Xchange, where a website relaunch project was led, and serving as Director at P&M GmbH from 2000 to 2015, with responsibilities covering organizational structure, business planning, and people management. Anke’s career began at Hewlett-Packard, where significant contributions included introducing the first DeskJet in European markets and creating major account programs. Anke holds a Diplom Betriebswirtin (FH) in Marketing from Pforzheim University and numerous coaching certifications.
