Pim Hertogs

Pim Hertogs has a diverse and extensive work experience in various HR roles. Currently, Pim is the Human Resources Director at VDL Enabling Technologies Group (ETG), where they are responsible for developing the HR department and creating a HR community that supports the business in personnel matters. Pim's previous experience includes working as the Country HR Manager Operations at Holland Casino, where they managed HR operations at multiple locations and coached HR business partners. Prior to that, Pim served as a Senior HR Business Partner at Holland Casino Breda, supporting the management team and implementing HR policies. Additionally, Pim worked as a Senior HR Advisor at Eindhoven University of Technology, providing HR support to the Mathematics & Computer Science department. Earlier in their career, Pim held HR positions at IKEA Eindhoven and Mazars, where they managed HR teams, led HR projects, and provided HR support and advice.

Pim Hertogs has a solid educational background, with a focus on human resource studies and Dutch law. They first attended Tilburg University from 2003 to 2006, earning a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree in Dutch Law. They then pursued further studies at the same institution, completing a Master of Laws (LLM) degree in Dutch Law from 2006 to 2008. Continuing their education, Pim received a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Human Resource Studies from Tilburg University, where they were enrolled from 2007 to 2010. Finally, Pim achieved a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Human Resource Studies from Tilburg University, which spanned from 2010 to 2011. Through their dedication to their studies, Pim has acquired a strong academic foundation in both law and human resource studies.
