Wim van Beek

Wim van Beek is an experienced manager in software development and project management, currently serving as Group Manager Software at VDL Enabling Technologies Group since October 2014, where responsibilities include establishing and managing the software department and overseeing the Wafer Handler software project. Previously, Wim held roles at Vanderlande Industries, managing major projects in baggage handling systems, and at IBM Global Services, where responsibilities ranged from bid management to business development in pervasive computing. Early career experience includes production management at Data Sciences BV and project management at TNO, focusing on naval control systems. Wim holds a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Eindhoven University of Technology and has furthered education at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
