Leo de Graaff

Leo de Graaff has over three decades of experience in site management and engineering roles. Currently, Leo serves as the Manager of Site Management and Site Manager at VDL Steelweld since May 2012. Prior to this position, Leo held the title of Manager Realization at Irmato Industrial Solutions BV from June 2009 to May 2012. Leo's career includes significant roles at Philips Lighting, where responsibilities included Groupleader GTD Realization and Project Supervisor GTD Mechanization from March 2003 to June 2009. Earlier experience includes serving as Sales Manager at Neitraco Engineering B.V. from June 2000 to March 2003 and Senior Mechanical Designer at cematec engineering bv from February 1990 to June 2000. Leo holds an education in MTS from Vlissingen, completed between 1986 and 1989.
