Yesenia Rodriguez

Yesenia Rodriguez, PHR has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Yesenia is currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at V&E Restaurant Group since May 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Hemmersbach from March 2016 to May 2023, starting as a Payroll and Benefits Manager and later transitioning to the role of Manager HR People Operations-Americas. At Hemmersbach, they managed various HR functions such as payroll administration, benefits administration, HR policy development, employee screening, hiring, orientation, and employee development programs. Yesenia also traveled to different client locations nationwide to attend to employee needs. Before joining Hemmersbach, they worked at Fine Art Lamps, where they were responsible for on-boarding, I-9 administration, safety, benefits, policy & procedure, and maintaining safety/regulatory documentation. Yesenia'stenure at Fine Art Lamps was from 2011 to 2014.

Yesenia Rodriguez, PHR completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Miami Dade College between 2010 and 2014. In 2020, they obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from HRCI.
