Jannica Seccombe is an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead at VWV, having joined in November 2021 after a successful legal career that began as a solicitor in Bristol. With extensive experience in legal recruitment across various firm sizes, Jannica previously served as a Senior Consultant at Chadwick Nott Legal Recruitment, focusing on the South West/South Wales market. Recruitment experience also includes a role as a Recruitment Consultant at Chadwick Nott and earlier positions as a commercial healthcare solicitor at Bevan Brittan LLP and a trainee solicitor at Osborne Clarke. Jannica holds a degree in Law with French (LLB) from Birmingham University and completed education at the University of the West of England.
