Andrea di Natale

Andrea Di Natale is a professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and development. Currently serving as the Coordinador de captación de talento at Veconinter since April 2021, Andrea is responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling the recruitment process for various levels of personnel on both national and international scales. In the previous role as Analista de Captación y Desarrollo de Talento, Andrea focused on the selection of administrative staff and maintained an eligible candidate database. Prior to joining Veconinter, Andrea worked at Gama from March 2019 to March 2021 as an Analista Desarrollo del Talento Suc., where responsibilities included coordinating promotions and training logistics for branch staff. Andrea holds a degree in Relaciones Industriales from UCAB - Universidad Católica Andrés Bello, earned between October 2014 and July 2018.
