Shpak Pavlo has demonstrated versatility and expertise across various roles since the start of his career in 2005. Beginning his journey as a Laboratory Chemist, Shpak Pavlo honed skills in organic chemistry, specializing in the synthesis of phosphorus derivatives and selective ligands for extracting radioactive heavy metals. Transitioning to academia, he pursued a Ph.D. program focused on developing new routes for beta amino aldehydes and enzyme inhibitors.
In 2009, Shpak Pavlo embarked on a Post-Doc position as an R&D Engineer at CEA, where he optimized methodologies and developed catalytic processes. Here, he contributed to significant research project of radiotracer development using "Lab-on-chip" systems.
His journey continued at Vect-Horus in 2016, where he assumed the role of Project Manager. There, he led the design and synthesis of vectors enhancing blood-brain barrier penetration, showcasing expertise in functionalizing peptides and proteins for therapeutic transport into the brain.
Shpak Pavlo holds a PhD in Fine Chemicals, complemented by a Master's degree in Synthesis Methodology and an Engineer's diploma in Chemical Technology.
