Sean Dooley

Sean Dooley is a finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Director at Vector Advisory Services, LLC since October 2024, Sean drives successful merger and acquisition integrations. Previously, as VP of Finance at Directive, responsibilities included overseeing finance, accounting, and corporate development, and conducting due diligence on over 30 acquisition opportunities. Sean has a strong track record in strategic financial insights and international expansion, having co-led the establishment of entities to optimize operations. Past roles include Senior Finance Manager at Shutterfly, Inc., Finance Manager at StackPath, and various positions at Altair Global, Legacy Measurement Solutions, Raytheon, and Fastenal Company.
