Manbir Khurana has a wealth of work experience in various leadership roles. Manbir began their career in 1986 as a Marketing Executive at HCL. In 1992, they became a Branch Manager at Pertech Computers Limited, where they worked until 1997. The following year, they joined Microland as a Corporate Manager before moving on to Vector Consulting, Inc in 1998. At Vector Consulting, they took on the role of Vice President until 2011, when they were promoted to CEO. From 2014 to 2021, they served as the Chief Operating Officer, and in 2021, they became the Chief Executive Officer.

Manbir Khurana completed their B.Tech degree in Textile Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, from 1981 to 1985. Prior to that, between 1979 and 1981, they obtained their Class XII degree from Kendriya Vidyalaya with a focus on PCMB subjects. From 1977 to 1979, Khurana attended Kendriya Vidyalaya, where they completed their Class IX and X studies. In 1976, they studied in Saint Pauls, Udaipur, for their Class 8 education. Additionally, in 1975, Khurana attended KGF School and JK Lindsay Memorial School in KGF, where they did not receive any formal degree or field of study.
