Maia Norman

Maia Norman, PMP, currently serves as a Project Manager for Data Strategy and Partnerships at Vector Institute, where leadership in cross-functional initiatives has fostered over 10 partnerships and the development of the organization's first Cybersecurity Strategy. Prior experience includes a role as Clinical Research Analyst at University Health Network, overseeing large-scale genetics and oncology studies, and various positions including Research Analyst and Genetic Counsellor Assistant, contributing to the implementation of electronic charting systems and COVID-19 adaptations. Additional experience comprises research roles at University of Waterloo and a Junior Analyst position at Environment and Climate Change Canada, where stakeholder engagement and database management were key focuses.
