This team manages customer relationships, enhances customer experiences, and oversees all communications efforts. They work on contract management, field operations, recruitment and improvement initiatives to ensure a seamless and efficient experience for Vector's vast customer base. Additionally, the team focuses on user experience design, analysis, and strategic communications to support both internal and external stakeholders.
