Rob Doelen

Rob Doelen is a highly experienced electrical and maintenance engineer with extensive expertise in maintenance management, project engineering, and integrated logistics support. Currently serving as a Senior Electrical Engineer at Vector Maintenance Management B.V. since April 2019, Rob's responsibilities include overseeing configurations and ensuring compliance with ILS processes for submarine systems under the Ministry of Defence. Previous roles include Senior Maintenance Engineer at Tata Steel and various engineering and project management positions at GWOC B.V., all contributing to a strong background in maintenance technology and safety standards. Rob also possesses a rich educational foundation, including training from the Koninklijke Marine Onderzeedienst and multiple certifications in electrical safety and project management. In addition to professional pursuits, Rob has been an active tenor in various choirs since 2008.
